Randoph
A. Scott, Esquire
Mr. Scott founded his firm in 1974. Previously, he was
associated with a litigation firm in Philadelphia representing insurance
companies. He developed his trial skills and became experienced in the field of
personal injury law representing scores of insureds and their families at the
request of their insurance companies.
Mr. Scott relocated his practice to Bucks County,
Pennsylvania where in addition to defense practice and trials, he represented
clients in all manner of civil and criminal issues. This included real estate
transactions, estate and probate, personal injury, DUI's, FAA conflicts on
behalf of Pilots, and land development and zoning. He represents local
government in land use and public facilities.
He has volunteered thousands of hours to his
community. He has been an elected Township Supervisor for 8 years, serving
twice as Chairman of the Board. He is a 30 year member of his local Lion's Club
and a Past President. He has served twice in the Vestry of his church. He is a
member of a variety of professional associations including the American Bar
Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bucks (past Director) and Lehigh
County Bar Associations, Pilot-Lawyer Bar Association and Pennsylvania
Municipal Authorities Association. Mr. Scott is also an Eagle Scout.
Mr. Scott is a member of the bars of the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court, Superior Court, Philadelphia, Bucks and Lehigh Courts, the
Supreme Court of the United States of America and the Third Circuit Court of
Appeals.
Gregory F. Mondjack, Sr., Esquire
Mr. Mondjack has over 20 years experience as a trial
attorney. He has represented both injured parties and has defended parties at
the request of their insurance companies. His experience in civil litigation is
extensive and well-rounded.
His background includes real estate, contracts,
municipal and zoning matters, criminal law and commercial litigation. He has
been a partner in a General Practice firm and the Managing Partner in a firm
concentrating in courtroom practice.
Mr. Mondjack is a highly dedicated professional with a
strong capacity to interface with our clients providing them skilled, competent
advice on many issues. He is a member of the bars of the Pennsylvania Supreme
Court, many local Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Additionally, Mr. Mondjack has served various charitable and philanthropic
organizations. He was President of the Perkasie Rotary Club, President of St.
Philip's Orthodox Church, Board Member of the Red Cross, and Board Member of
the Upper Bucks YMCA. |
