Randolph Scott Associates began in 1974
in Warrington, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Initially the practice was divided
equally between defense litigation in personal injury matters for insurance
companies and serving the needs of the community. Soon, we expanded our area of
expertise representing our clients in the various courts in litigation matters
of all types: real estate, estate and probate practice and zoning and municipal
work.

Law: Randolph Scott and Gregory Mondjack have over 45 years combined
experience in personal injury advocacy. We have been entrusted by insurance
companies to represent their policy holders in defense of civil lawsuits
arising from automobile crashes and other claims of negligence. We have a
unique perspective in knowing the "in's and out's" of insurance claims and how
to be effective on behalf of our clients who have had the unfortunate
experience of being injured in an accident. So much so, we are able to offer

has been a Pennsylvania licensed title agent since 1979. He founded the
Squires Abstract Company which

Mr. Scott and Mr. Mondjack have served as legal counsel to various townships
and zoning hearing boards in Bucks County. We will not appear before those
Boards we represent, but we are highly qualified to present zoning issues on
behalf of our clients in towns we do not serve.
